Evaluation Systems are an integral part of a comprehensive talent management system, which seeks to develop, support, and grow educators through observation of practice and high-quality feedback. Our associates will work with school and district leaders to increase rater reliability across classrooms and schools, review observation results and identify trends to make professional development recommendations for teachers and administrators, conduct school and classroom walk-throughs to develop school wide professional development plans and identify areas to celebrate successes. We also provide support and training to develop supportive corrective action plans for teacher and administrator development.
